Hey! I'm Amber, a certified Life Coach with a profound passion for health and wellbeing. My journey began in 2018 when I qualified as a personal trainer, driven by a commitment to help others lead healthier, more fulfilling lives. Although my career in training was interrupted by the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic, this period of reflection allowed me to deepen my understanding of holistic health. My personal experiences have significantly shaped my approach. Since being diagnosed with OCD and Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD) in 2014, I've learned and used many techniques and strategies personally to find a way to overcome and manage these conditions in my day to day life. I have learnt how to recognise triggers, what helps, and what doesn’t, and these insights now form a cornerstone of my holistic coaching approach. Today, I focus on guiding individuals toward a balanced and joyful life through an approach that embraces every aspect of wellbeing. My work encompasses nutrition, hydration, movement, sleep, and self-care, all tailored to promote mental and physical harmony. I believe in empowering people to enhance their lives through sustainable practices, free from restrictive or rigid methods. With a deep understanding of both personal and professional challenges, I am committed to helping others unlock their full potential and achieve lasting, positive change in their lives.
